1. Definitions
LunaVor: the company that offers products via lunavor.nl, including cosmetics, comfort products and the Hormonal Glow product line.
Customer: the natural person or legal entity who enters into an agreement with LunaVor.
Products & Services: all goods and services provided by LunaVor.
2. Applicability
These conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements with LunaVor. Deviations are only valid if agreed upon in writing.
3. Prices and payment
All prices include VAT, unless stated otherwise. Payment takes place in advance. In case of late payment, collection costs may be charged.
4. Delivery
We strive for careful and timely delivery. Delivery times are indicative; exceeding them does not entitle you to compensation.
5. Right of withdrawal
The customer may cancel the agreement within 14 days of receipt without giving reasons. Products must be returned unopened and in their original condition. Return costs are for the customer.
6. Complaints
Complaints can be reported in writing within 7 days of discovery via kuvenerenterprise@gmail.com.
7. Liability
LunaVor is not liable for indirect damage. Liability is limited to the purchase amount.
